at the prearranged time for dinner with buffet setup and bus help to clear china and table settings. Pricing
is based on buffet service starting within 20 minutes of scheduled start time. If service starts after 20

Cedar Crest Banquet Centre Off-site Catering Agreement

To insure accurate communication of information necessary in making your function as successful as
possible, we would prefer to work with one person in the planning of your event.  Cedar Crest must also
be notified of meal selection(s) and approximate number of guests two weeks in advance of your event.

Cedar Crest must be notified of the exact number of guests attending your function by 12:00 noon, eight
days prior to your event.  This number will be considered the GUARANTEED NUMBER and may not be
reduced after this time.  All fees and charges must be paid seven (7) days prior to the event.

Cedar Crest will be setup ready to serve your guests at the prearranged time for dinner. Pricing is based
on dinner service starting within 20 minutes of scheduled start time. If service starts 20 minutes after
scheduled start time a service charge may apply.

Price quotations, verbal or written, are subject to changes due to fluctuations in food costs or
increased costs of operation.  All prices are guaranteed when the menu is set two (2) weeks prior to the
event date.  All food and beverages served are subject to Michigan sales tax and a 18% gratuity if
servers are used.

A non-refundable deposit of twenty five percent (25%) of your estimated food r
equirements for your
event will reserve Cedar Crest to cater your function.  

We have read the banquet information package for off-site catering given to us and understand and
agree to it and all the above rules, regulations and demands as stated.
